We ship to all major cities and pin codes across India via trusted courier partners (Delhivery, Shiprocket).
Free Shipping
Your first order ships free on ₹500 or more. After that, free shipping applies on all orders above ₹1,000. Below that we charge a flat ₹99 anywhere in India — the same rate to every pin code, with no regional surcharge.
The ₹1,000 threshold is measured on your basket before any discount code, so applying a coupon never removes free shipping you have already earned. Discount codes apply on orders of ₹500 or more.
Delivery Timeline
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): 2–3 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 cities: 3–5 business days
- Remote areas: 5–7 business days
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2 PM IST are dispatched the same day (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed after 2 PM or on Sundays are dispatched the next business day.
Tracking
You will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at hello@blossence.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
