How much does shipping cost?
A flat ₹99 anywhere in India, with no regional surcharge. Shipping is free above ₹599, and your first order ships free above ₹500.
How long does delivery take?
Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): 2–3 business days. Tier 2 & 3 cities: 3–5 business days. Remote areas: 5–7 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM IST ship the same day.
What is Blossence's return policy?
Unopened products can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once we receive the returned item. Damaged or defective products are replaced at no charge.
